Tenders are invited from organisation that have the resources, ability, and sufficient capacity to carry out the provision of cleaning at:

  • Lot 1 – Colchester County High School for Girls
  • Lot 2 – Manningtree High School and Sports Centre

The successful bidder will be expected to deliver high-quality services that ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all visitors, staff, and students.

The proposed Contract period is expected to commence in September 2025. The initial contract period will be for 3 years with the option for a 1-year extension at the Trust discretion.
